Come on cryptic/arc.. two patches and still no fix for the dominion environmental suit.. Visuals aren't working.. only effects. Should be a simple fix.

I was on 3rd round with both toons.. other tunes done it too. rounds wasn't the issue.

Sorry it didn't help you guys. One difference I've left was norcaler2 suggestion. My original settings had Reduced file streaming off in advanced setups. Now its on. I don't have any glitches and surprisingly the game runs nice. knock knock on wood. :) Don't want to jinks it.

I got around it by reseting Graphics and Advanced settings to default and saving it. Then reloaded client and changed the settings again to my personal choices. Seems to have stopped.

Some people need to remove the Lirpa suck in there TRIBBLE. There are more important issues to be worried about in life than Gorn, Tribble or bacon spam. If these issue bother you should see medical treatment to your nearest Med center. May the Gorn be with you. :wink:

This TRIBBLE is pissing me off. Can someone in cryptic or perfect world fix this issue.

I didn't like it on Enterprise I don't like the idea here ether. Problem I have with it all is that it TRIBBLE up with the classic story. Great way to butcher when you have lost ideas where to go with the universe. That is my personal opinion.

Seriously these DDos'ers should attack targets of value like crooked governments etc. Why hit game mmos when we all are in the same boat.. Just trying to enjoy a game. Kill some Klingons, pillage ferengi's and eat some tribbles biscuits. :P

I crashed... I thought they did maintenance few days ago? Didn't they upgrade the hamsters with bionics? Must have forgotten to patch the firmware on them.

I reinstall the game and it worked. Dunno why I needed todo that? I'm glad my net is unlimited.. I feel bad for those who have caps on there net.

No steam. I don't use that. I'm reinstalling the game to see if that may fix it.

I'm using latest Crimson Beta driver for my R9 290X running STO on DX9 because I can't play STO on DX11 on any of my ATI cards. Even my older ones using older driver just aren't supported. I've sent many tickets and crash reports. I've received no answer nor any fixes for 2 years. Now with DX12 here I wonder what cryptic…

That sucks man. I was wondering why some of them where just sitting there. I assumed they had net issues and here I discover they're TRIBBLE around with there tribbles in there crew quarters. Damn lazy asses. :(

Tried your idea.. No change.. Client still crashes on a fresh new install and in a new location. This is a code issue. They have to fix it.. no matter how much we tried to find solutions we can't fix this. All we can do is try to make the client workable. working with directx 9 seems to make this game playable.. but…

Not just older cards. Mine is a brand new ati 290x. Only this game crashes with the DX11 issue. On DX9se mode its less soo but still present. From the articles I've read from other players. this been going on for a year. Neverwinter online have it to. I'm using windows 7 64bit. Going back to older OS won't fix it. Tweaking…
