Yes its like a Que hopper, only really noticed the ques around the time star bases were first launched. Wont help with downtime, and it wont help with getting DC'ed though.

I have to agree with the Pandas. Bought the triple pack, played with its consoles for a bit. Ditched consoles. They are junk, much more dps with 5dhc. Im a sucker for the tac version though, its pretty sweet in pvp or pve

The AI for detecting if a mission is suitable for dil or not is clearly broken. Even before the foundry Nerf. I made 2 missions, one i can complete in under 10 mins if i rush it. This awards dil. The other is "The Space Race", 2 race courses in that mission. Takes at least 15-20 mins, encourages you to bring friends....…
