The servers that they have can't handle the load of players they're trying to accommodate...if they had more then one server this might not be an issue.

I used Ping Tester on different buffer sizes to see if it mattered below is what I found. Anyone else getting tired of this...support told me to cycle my router, they also told me it's my network, if I have no network how am I posting on the forum's complaining about server issues. This sucks it's been going on since the last patch I play through Steam too I have ARC Client as well but both seem to be affected....am able to play fine for a few hours then all the sudden around 12PM EST the rubber banding, loading screen fails and login timeouts start to happen.

Bet there's be no ETA on when it'll be fixed either...I hate patch days, fix one issue then 40 more appear. BUMP - Been 2 days since patch, there was a patch today...tried the mission again still crashing unable to do The Other Side Mission.

This may explain some of the que.... In my state college graduation happened two weekends ago, high school graduation was last weekend and as of today all kids are out of school. I just tried an it is now capped at 22805, not even moving I was at least able to make my romulan character. I bet I won't play him for 2 more…

They need to raise the cap or make a new server My que time is 863 out of 3884...I started waiting at que 2200, I bet though as soon as I get in I will get dropped then have too repeat the process.

when i did this mission during the combat part of the mission where you have to kill 5 enemies, my client crashed for some reason now when I logged back into the game I was still in the area of the combat however the npc weren't attacking me, moving, or doing anything.
