I believe you have to spend a lot of money. I was one of the lucky ones to get it. It's actually my main ship for all my characters since it was an account-unlock for me. Definitely worth having if you like cruisers or Ferengi.
I'm having issues logging in the Account Server. I was able to get in earlier, but there was an extreme amount of lag, enough to boot me out. Hope this gets resolved soon.
After some time, I was able to log in, but the was so much lag that I was kicked off. I tried getting back on, but received the same issue as the rest. Just wondering what's causing this. Yesterday, the server did go down. I hope they get this fixed soon.

If you are going to use Tetryon, you want the PEN mod unless you are using sets that boost Tetryon damage. That way, once the shield goes down, your Tetryon weapons can cut through the hull better than normal or any other type of Tetryon energy weapon.
If you're going for an all-turret build, you might as well use turrets with PEN. I would add that the Dyson ship be removed from the Lobi store and offered up like the Ambassador ideas. Heck, putting all the ships into the Phoenix Pack wouldn't be so bad either.
When the Fed and KDF EV suits first came out, they were 500 Zen each if I remember correctly, and they were character unlocks. Not surprised to see this with the Jem'Hadar EV suit. If we're lucky, it will be added to the Veteran/Lifer rewards in the future.

Can we please have the option, with in the game settings, to either have the splash screen on or off? Personally, I find it annoying while switching between multiple characters. It's an unnecessary gate and extra click in my opinion, but I do recognize that some people may like its functionality.
