It's not so much that kits are missing - we can always get new ones....it's that the kit frame slot is blocked by blacked-out kit frame, so nothing can be equipped. Yes, this drove me mad...but was finally able to fix it by specializing the bugged boffs. Once you specialize the boff, all ability slots magically appear. Any spec works, but pilot's the cheapest. Hope this helps.

I, too, feel that the issue is critical. Affected characters are severely handicapped. Did anyone get a response? This is a pretty crippling issue as it seriously affects qround ques. It's been a couple of weeks since I opened the ticket. At this point, I'd create another char and just level him up again, but I have a Kelvin Lockbox ship bound to this toon :(

Exact same issue I'm having....and I received the same "resolution" e-mail from support. Obviously nobody read the ticket, as my issue was clearly explained. The problem is not with missing Zen nor Points....claimed items are not showing up in-game.

Same issue here. Ticket opened a while ago, no resolution yet. Now there's a new issue in addition to dud kit frame - upgraded 23c module stopped working - it can't be added to the action bar, so it can't be activated. Same issue here , too - with kit frame on one of my characters. Ticket was opened a while ago, no resolution yet. Now, upgraded kit modules can't be added to the action bar, as well, so their powers can't be activated. Modules are there , but unusable... Kit frame is blanked out and cannot be removed from the kit slot.

Was the issue with some characters not being able to equip kit frames \ activate 23c modules fixed? Because that was the biggest one....I see no mention of it in the Patch Notes.

Epsilon represent :) Seriously can't stand spade or triangle saucer designs...so theta's out on that alone. But I also like how massive Epsilon looks, with a huge saucer covering most of its body - it feels like a carrier. Bunched-up nacelles also make it seem more rugged.

Not a fan of D-shaped saucers. They look as elegant as clothes irons. Quad nacelle placement is interesting, I like the extreme difference in nacelle sizes...still, it's not enough to make the saucer design work. I have to go with Beta.

I have a weird bug on my main screen ....where it shows my ship and crew members before I start the game. It shows my ship, captain and multiple copies of one of my crewmemebers - three or four images of the same character, instead of the whole away team.
