Cannot Claim Multiple Black Friday Charge Bonus Packs from C-Store

I recently found out that I had 6K rewards points from the Black Friday Charge Promotion, and decided to claim 4 Tier 1 Bonus Pack Promotions for STO, and 1 Tier 2 promotional pack for STO. I got one of the four Tier 1 bonus packs and the one Tier 2 when I went in-game to the C-Store, but the other 3 Tier 1 bonus packs that I claimed on the website have not shown up in the Promotions tab of the C-Store, and the description instead tells me that I can only claim one pack per account. Is there a bug as to why the other three won't show up, or was I not meant to be able to claim four packs of the same type?

    I thought the same and I wish to get my points back since much was stated once per character and not once per account and neither was there any statement about not being able to claim multiple lower tier either. This all changed as the days went past but then it is a tad bit late when you clicked "claim" already for multiple lower tiers...
    Yes, I have placed a ticket, the reply has been "We are aware of the issue of the points" to later "We have investigated and started to refund those that didn't get any points at all". It is like they do not ever truly read what you write in a support ticket :/

    Exact same issue I'm having....and I received the same "resolution" e-mail from support. Obviously nobody read the ticket, as my issue was clearly explained.

    The problem is not with missing Zen nor Points....claimed items are not showing up in-game.

    I now have an "Ongoing investigation" on my ticket. It would be a great Xmas prestent if support can sort this out and it will truly affect my willingness to again "dare" to invest sums of 100 USD into STO. Again: The event intent was great to get folks such as me to spend more money. I hope the same types of promo stuff will happen and then better executed. All in all I am still glad to see everything else positive with all the packs here and there to allow a chance to get long "lost" items for us returnees and late comers to STO. :)

    Yeah, I had a ton of points to spend and already had the Hestia. Wanted to buy a bunch of Tier 1 or Tier 2 Rewards instead. The system lets you claim the Tier Reward again and eats the points but does not award the consumables.

    The wording on this stuff says claimable once per Account. Actually, the wording on the Tier 5 Claim button says that it unlocks the Hestia for the Account and provides an R&D Pack. No Pack was issued and it doesn't say anything about the Pack on the description of all the Tiers in that 'Table'.

    One may be led to believe that they were aware of the upcoming Infinity R&D Pack Promotion and didn't want to get caught with people claiming loads of them as free rewards when that started.

    Ticket I have still says "ongoing investigation", no updates.

    So did you claim this through some site such as here? http://www.arcgames.com/en/games/star-trek-online/rewards

    If so, that is some bullcrap Cryptic. F'n fooled me again and took my $300 and ran!
