I recently found out that I had 6K rewards points from the Black Friday Charge Promotion, and decided to claim 4 Tier 1 Bonus Pack Promotions for STO, and 1 Tier 2 promotional pack for STO. I got one of the four Tier 1 bonus packs and the one Tier 2 when I went in-game to the C-Store, but the other 3 Tier 1 bonus packs that I claimed on the website have not shown up in the Promotions tab of the C-Store, and the description instead tells me that I can only claim one pack per account. Is there a bug as to why the other three won't show up, or was I not meant to be able to claim four packs of the same type?

Yes, I have placed a ticket, the reply has been "We are aware of the issue of the points" to later "We have investigated and started to refund those that didn't get any points at all". It is like they do not ever truly read what you write in a support ticket
The problem is not with missing Zen nor Points....claimed items are not showing up in-game.
The wording on this stuff says claimable once per Account. Actually, the wording on the Tier 5 Claim button says that it unlocks the Hestia for the Account and provides an R&D Pack. No Pack was issued and it doesn't say anything about the Pack on the description of all the Tiers in that 'Table'.
One may be led to believe that they were aware of the upcoming Infinity R&D Pack Promotion and didn't want to get caught with people claiming loads of them as free rewards when that started.
