You could try using the voth partial generator science consoles and And use cpb science skill with a Research Lab Scientist Chance to inflict Placate effect Begra (Ultra-Rare Duty Officer), Saro_Shonin (Gamma Quadrant Ultra-Rare Duty Officer) chance to apply additional Radiation damage to the target
