Seeing as nobody acknowledged this bug and also seeing that the upgrade system is a serious investment in dilithium (hence time and/or money) i would appreciate at least an e-mail about my ticket if not a reply to this thread. And no, a secret PM to a certain "guy" and it'll be fixed wink-wink does not qualify as "support"!

I think i've just seen a similar issue, although i think the change happened in the upgrade process. I started with 3 DBBs with crtdx2 crth. Luckily all 3 upgraded in rarity along the way. One of them is now crtdx2/acc/dmg while the other 2 are crtdx2/crth/acc. My ticket nr 3,364,441.

Indeed they are not. While i cannot connect to the patcher (or can connect, then be disconnected the moment i push any button in the game, if it makes it that far) for about 2 hours, pingplotter swears its only 3% packet loss with about a 200ms average (patchserver.crypticstudios.com) So .... why.... the ... lag ?

Monday evening, europe (germany), like clockwork: disconnected! Cant even log into Arc anymore. Instead of getting better, these connection issues from europe get worse!

PLEASE fix your network already, this is beyond stupid. None of the other online games have this much connection issues! Connecting from germany, every night is a lag-fest of the worse kind!

I'm having extreme trouble logging in: Login timeouts, Connection to the server lost, rubberbanding and then connection lost, unable to connect to patcher, etc. I'm logging in from Germany and this scenario happens every night for the past week or so. Also, it's not on my end as other online games are working just fine!

I cannot play the game, i am constantly being disconnected. I want to go to do the winter event, but i CANNOT, since i am constantly being disconnected. Seriously now? Before any smartass starts to comment, i can play any other MMO on (****, SWTOR, WOW) except this one. I hope the winter event will get a few bonus days…
