Thats why its good to have a carrier in a team. If they keep fighter cover up with advanced or fleet carrier pets in escort mode, they will deal with that plasma bolts in most cases.

I have the same problem too. I can't cancel offers as well as withdraw dil/zen from balance. When I try to cancel it system message appears: "Failed to cancel dilithium exchange offer. Internal error." I am missing profit opertunities. :) EDIT: Forgot to write that I am also unable to create offers.

Well, it says they will respond in 3 - 4 business days if I am correct. So be patient. Have you selected Star Trek Online under product? If not, then that may be the problem. But otherwise try wait till tomorrow and if they not respond create a new ticket.

Thouse that have this issue should contact support via web ticket system and put this ticket under Login issues. Descrybe the problem and tell them that you are not receiving Account Guard mails with one time codes at all and ask for a way to solve it. I have the same problem. I have very rare kling chef but no permissions given. Also noticed that Rulian Mazan, the El-Aurian very rare bartender, gives not permision to replycate Tranya anymore aswell. Looks like no replicator permissions work anymore since the patch.
