I would agree that it has suddenly drop to almost non-existent mission.

At least you getting the artifacts. On my two toons, not one artifact mission has appeared after last Thursday change. You may have bad luck in making them, but I can not even make them for now.

Well, I am not the only one. Yes, I received the same console three times in a row. I figure the odds were five digits to 1 of that happening. I reported it, but they said they could not explain it. I use the same five DOFFs for all 20 missions to make consoles. I would have expected 6 Green, 10 Blue, and 4 Purple based on my present percentages. I would have maybe accepted 8/8/4, but after making 50 consoles and seeing them half of them Green, I believe there is something wrong in the way the percentages are applied…

I had the same problem finding this mission until I read the note about going to my Ready Room and reading the Tactical missions. I starting doing that, but I have to add it did not showup until I was in Zenas Expanse. So you may have to goto your Ready Room in each area to find the mission.
