I had both Jem'Hadar 9/10 and Project Chrysalis 6/6 on my tac and ops yesterday at 5pm. I was parked in the Betreka Nebula, and sent out invites on the DOFFJOBS and DOFFCALLS channels. I stayed there for a good hour or so because I know people are looking for those missions quite intently.
Have you joined the doffing channels? Everyone on there is pretty good about calling out the various assignments and inviting people to their bridges to grab them. Also, check out bit.ly/DOFFS. This spreadsheet will show (usually) where assigments are if they are showing up in sector.
I'm not sure if anyone else is having this problem, but i have only been given one mission from the Ghosts of Jem'Hadar chain a looong time ago (two, maybe three weeks ago), and have never seen another. When I look at my mission chain, it says I have done two, but clearly lists only one being done. I feel this may be the reason I'm not getting any more missions. What do I do?
I had the same problem finding this mission until I read the note about going to my Ready Room and reading the Tactical missions. I starting doing that, but I have to add it did not showup until I was in Zenas Expanse. So you may have to goto your Ready Room in each area to find the mission.
" infiltrate a deep space ketracel-white production facility" won't pop and it's been about four weeks. Any suggested sector or duto officer checkup locations recommended are appreciated. Else I have to hang around in DOFFJOBS and DOFFCALLS I will retry the ready room again.

I've had ALL my chains done MONTHS ago,
THIS is the only chain that I have active, and I've been waiting for 9 since the chain came out
I'm online for about 6 hours a day with the DOFFJOBS spreadsheet open on my other monitor and since it is my only chain need I constantly check for it
yet I never see it?!?
Here I'm now reading about bridge invites and checking with your tactical officer, who is an officer I rarely talk to (he has bad breath).
So after reading this topic I've looked closer at the DOFFJOBS spreadsheet I guess, now, that it is both an on-board and (I guess) ultra-rare normal space occurance as well, which is why it wasn't labelled with a Personal distinction?
I go to my bridge often to build Javonite Hardpoints, build prototype consoles, and turn my particles into Dilithium through Data Sample Analysis, so a quick check with my Tactical Officer will be easy...

I believe the trick for this one looks like you have to fly into rolor nebula (I would check zenas expanse and betreka nebula as well) then go to your ship interior bridge, run to your ready room, pull up your military missions on your desk and the mission was there (It was not where you check the missions in the nebula by flying in, hitting U, assignments, duty officers, assignments, FYI)
Disappointing to fail the mission, for sure, but at least it still advances you in the chain. You don't have to do it over - ever - again. Of course, once you complete the chain, the repeatable of this mission seems to show up a lot. yrmv

I've been looking at least 4 weeks for this assignment. I am online at least 5 hours a day with the game traveling the sector blocks and I never see it. I need it for 2 of my toons, but have yet to find it or hear that it is up.
He tasks me! He tasks me and I shall have him! I'll chase him 'round the moons of Nibia and 'round the Antares maelstrom and 'round perdition's flames before I give him up!
Cool I will have to check that out when I get home from work today - I had been going to the tac officer on the bridge to see if he gave 9/10 but did not think to check the ready room.
