I guess we stop buying Zen for ships and then they might care . After a stressful week I look forward to play this and it is still not fixed. Was never like this before PWE took this over.

I am on Comcast but not using TRIBBLE Norton. And still cannot log it so that is not the problem

Using Comcast this is the only game that does this. I have been playing this game since it came out use to pay for it glad I do not now.. Fix THE ISSUE

When is this actually going to be fixed? This is really bad I have been in this game for years. I have Comcast 95 meg service and AMD 1100T GTx780 and 16 gigs of ram. So I know it is not a problem on my end I should not have to wait 15 min for the game to even load.
