I saw your post in the other thread and gave it a try, but I wasn't able to locate the link for account linking. I'll give it another look when I get home from work.

I'm having a similar problem except that with the arc redirects, I can't even get to the linking page and support just gives me canned responses. Any help?

So, how the hell do I link my old cryptic account to the new PWE account with the new website? All the knowledgebase links get redirected to arc.
