Yeah this week there has been a lot of shenanigans with the forums, the website, as well as the Arc client today. I already reported one of them to support involving broken links for latest posts on the Arcgames main forum page.

Played this some time this week and yes encountered the bug where instead of hearing Garak's new voice-over, I hear Rugan Skyl's old voice-over instead.

What I mean by the checkmarks is in the Donate to Fleet Project screen, go under the Specializations drop-down menu, almost all of the specs will be checked on Feds (even Fed-aligned) but some might not be and need to be in order for them to show up. Is your inventory full? Do you have anything in the overflow bag? What level are you? Finally, are all the checkmarks in the fleet donation pop-up checked?

What faction is your Jem'Hadar toon? If the DOFFs have a red outline, they are KDF, and if you are a Fed'Hadar they cannot be donated to a fleet project. So it is not a bug if that is the case.

Upon further review, I did the First Contact Day Rocket Building TFO tonight. I was wearing the blue backpack and assigned the blue workstation. There was a fire I needed to extinguish on my workbench, again there was a fly-in text delay and now I noticed that I could not see the fire. I am running Lighting 2.0. The next…

I have not noticed this that I am aware of. What I have noticed is that there is a fly-in text delay in regards to one of the components zapping you with electricity, a fire being reported, fire on your workstation that you need to extinguish, or bugs crawling out of one of the piles.
