Also cannot start the game when I tried to log in today for the first time since I got home from vacation. Mostly, I click on "Play" in Arc and the launcher pops up with me no longer signed in, and won't accept my attempts to do so, saying it can't authenticate.

Just updating on my problems. Since that last post, I have gained 20 more Lobi Crystals. The store still thinks I have more than I actually do now saying I have 554 instead of 550. Also, I cannot purchase the upgraded Jem'Hadar ground set equipment. As such I'm pretty sure I can't purchase anything from Lobi Store until…
