Unable to purchase Lobi Dyson Environment Suit

Having a problem where I cannot purchase the Dyson EV suits in the Lobi Store. My character has 530 Lobi Crystals in her inventory and all three of the suits from the Feature Episode. I click on the Sentinel suit to buy it and I get the "are you sure you want to purchase" message with the buttons "OK" and "Cancel." When I click OK I'm just returned to the menu, I still have all my Lobi Crystals, all three EV suits and do NOT have the suit I was attempting to purchase. Also, I do not know if this is related but the part of the menu that tells you how many of each currency/items you have, it says I have 4 more Lobi crystals than I actually do. Is anyone else having this problem?

    Just updating on my problems. Since that last post, I have gained 20 more Lobi Crystals. The store still thinks I have more than I actually do now saying I have 554 instead of 550. Also, I cannot purchase the upgraded Jem'Hadar ground set equipment. As such I'm pretty sure I can't purchase anything from Lobi Store until this problem is fixed.

    Are you using the quick store from the crystal, or are you going to Drozana and talking to the NPC there?

    As for the 4 extra, do you have them in your bank? Or have a second stack in your inventory?

    Also, is there any chance you have Lobi in your overflow bag? That tends to confuse the system somewhat.

    Just a quick question but what level are you?
    It is my understanding that the upgraded EV suit is MK XII (purchasable and usable only by lvl 50s) and the same for the MK XII upgraded Jem Hadar set (for which you must have the full MK XI set first). if you already are lvl 50, I'd definitely file a ticket and check the overflow bag.
