Yes u do, assuming that u are in a fleet also and that in that fleet people dont insta fill all projects but dilithium :). But all this was only an example of why EC nerf was not good. Well that's is one of the things i like about were the game its going (i still hope they make it so not only dps will matter). U can break 10K dps with a lvl 20 ship, i seen someone do it. But that's another topic as skill also contribute.
