• Uh ok I'm a bit embarrassed but just in case this fixes your character...I hadnt' spend my skill points for quite some time. Spent all I could and when I next zoned I had the abilities.

• Yeah I'm in the same boat. Live in the southeast, ISP is WOW. Game has been largely,unplayable since weds--I get about 20 mins tops before all the 'server not responding' messages start and just hang there for 200 seconds.

• Oh, good idea. :) Characters affected: level 50 Fed, level 50 Fed Rom, level 14 KDF, level 14 Fed Rom, level 38 Fed Can't take uncommon, rare Science or Exploration assignments that would yield crafting materials; bugged missions are duration between 45 mins to 3 hours
