That's not it I am on windows 7 SP1 with DirectX 11 and the game still crashes and wont load the character selection screen.

DirectX 12 is not the cause I'm on directx 11 on windows 7 which can't use directx 12 and the game still can't get passed the initial loading screen I can't get the game to load the character selection screen at all.

Yeah the patch on 11-15-2019 did not fix the game for me either. The game still crashes at the main loading screen having never reached the character selection screen.

Still not fixed after this mornings patch sadly perhaps next week.

Did any of you file a real support ticket? They won't fix it unless its officially reported.

I have this problem now too after latest patch. I can no longer get the game to load at all on windows 7 on a notbook pc from 2009 with a Intel integrated GPU.

As a matter of fact when I slot fleet projects some will not even show as slotted until I slot another or log out and back in and fleet members have reported they too have to log out and back in before slotted projects will show up.
