As a matter of fact when I slot fleet projects some will not even show as slotted until I slot another or log out and back in and fleet members have reported they too have to log out and back in before slotted projects will show up.

Thank you very much but I can't really take credit for it though lots of players have contributed to the workaround. /fillpetteamlist sometimes may beam down only one BOFF just repeat the command to beam the other down nothing else needs to be done.

Yeah its the same bug as Dyson ground battlezone but as no one else is complaining at least not in this thread or the one for Dyson ground battlezone that I posted 4 people is not enough to make them fix it sadly. Please report the bug in game as well if you would be so kind.
