Hey everyone, I need some help with an issue that's been going on for about two weeks.
Since the moment I log in the screen keeps freezing for random intervals. I can move the cursor and the background music still plays, but everything else is stuck for couple of seconds. That happens every few seconds. Sometimes it's worse, sometimes not that much, but usually I spend more time looking at a still image than a normal gameplay, which makes the game completely unplayable. It happens no matter what map I'm on, whether full of players on multiple instances or some where I'm alone.
It started suddely one day, when there was a patch, but the same day there was a windows update as well, not sure which of those might have been the cause if either.
I'm using Arc, everything is fully updated, there are no hardware issues and no malware to be found. All the other games I play work fine, including some that are more demanding on graphics and connection, it's STO-only issue.
I changed the graphics settings to the lowest possible and it made no difference. Force verify didn't help it either, uninstalling the game didn't help it and even reinstalling whole OS (Win 11) didn't make any difference), the issue persists. So I feel like I ran out of options, at least those that I can think of. Any advice is appreciated. Thank you!

This is not caused by on demand patching. I turn it off and do a force verify every time they do anything even if patch notes are not listed
Other players are reporting the same issues now.
I did, it made no difference. Thank you for your advice though. Any is appreciated at this point. I feel like I exhaused all options.
