Can we get a fix with the problem of being able to own two of a ship if we already have the T5-U version of it? It makes no sense to have that, and we also need a fix with the lockbox system. A secondary prompt is needed when unboxing, just to cover the cost of acquiring said ship

Exactly! These ships are one-off deals, so they should be protected as such!

No. I paid for those slots, I'm not going to fill them with shlock. they are there for me to use, not for Cryptic's inept systems to claim for themselves.

Bumping for visibility, and because this needs a dev to address this issue. The lockbox system needs a secondary prompt for opening ships, and lockbox ships need to be 1 per character. There is no reason to have both the T5 AND the T5-U on a character, and the system already recognizes that you cannot have two of the same…

This just reinforces my statement earlier that this is a problem with the upgrade system registering them as two separate ships and not the same one. We already have a system in place so we CAN'T have two ships of the same class, which should be spread out to include those ships that are T5-U as well.

Yeah I'm bumping this thread. Lockboxes need a fix on their system with a second confirmation window to make sure you wish to bind the ship to this character permanently. And that you cannot have more that one ship from a lockbox on your account. T5-U and T5 ships are the same ship, you should not be able to have more than…

I've actually gotten responses rather quickly on tickets I have submitted before. Are you serious? Because if that is the case, I now have a case to not only get my ship back but to also show that is WAS a problem with the Ship Upgrade system not registering I owned the ship I was unboxing.
