Can we get an update, ackknolgement, or some type of reason why people could play sto prior to season nine on max settings in area like NWS and now have issues with the same settings.

Yes, I understand, but communicating about issues players are having helps keep players in the game. I wish someone at Cryptic could understand. I understand bugs happen, they are the natural evolution in games continuing to exist. I can even handle that it might not be repaired until the next expansion, or season 9.5 if there is one. But letting players know they are working on it keeps players like me playing.

One thing I have seen is, that in the last few month the Devs became pretty much chatty. More than before. But there are still some topics and questions that won't be answered. (Lt. CMD Tac for Galaxy-X, Galaxy Model overhoul, certain Bugs,...)
What about
- DOFF space slots reset bug every gdm time i have to put same doofs in space slots no matter which type of doof I pick purple green or blue on all of my toons ROM FED KLING (that was the problem with BOOFS in past). And its not unique doof (only one for slots) problem i think it start with season 9.
- Undine PVE ground elite sound repeat bug when it starts you have to close the game and start again or you will listen stupid dialogs for eternity .

Apart from all the arguing about whether or not this Console is too powerful, we are preparing to make a small change to it's mechanics, in the hopes of allowing both our internal testers, and players, to generate more accurate reports regarding its actual output.
This console will no longer be capable of triggering unless at least one Shield Facing is below 90% maximum capacity.
This change, when it goes live, should allow us to eliminate the "overhealing" variable as a potential variable that may be skewing the numbers and behavior we're seeing.
After that change is live, and we've had time to gather reports from both testers and players, we may still consider changing the functionality of this console. However, we would not do so lightly, as we appreciate that this is an item that players have spent their Zen to obtain.

That looks better at first I thought it meant that you couldn't use kinetic shearing if you were using an enhanced battle cloak lol
I was a bit disturbed by what season 9 was going to do with traits and such but being able to use a b'rel in the bomber mode the way one would expect to be able to the kinetic shearing and these new torpedoes makes them fun to play Shrinks my list quite a bit now lol.
Occasionally, bridge officer and captain powers are removed from the power tray when transitioning to another map.
Not occasionally happening more often now more than before. Like it's resetting the trays before you do a mission run. Also now appearing more on prior and new ship loads. I am getting ready for shuttle event same issue like the ships with the tray except on the shuttle tray is blank on controls and ship consoles slots for devices.
For each ship you could share the same devices and consoles but that seems to be acting up like they're not appearing when you select a different ship to run.

Can we have an update on this issue, even just a "We're still trying to figure out what's going on"?
Because this is seriously cutting into my enjoyment of the game and has rendered characters completely unplayable and frozen others in their current ships even if I might want to swap to a new one (no seriously, I bought the Tempest, got it set up on one character then this happens!)

I gotta say for me this bug is sort of a game breaker, any ETA on a fix or are you devs still trying to figure out where there problem lies?
It has spread to three toons (all tacs.. maybe a hint?) one of them not even Level 50. On the max lvl ones I tend to avoid switching zones and only do space stuff so it won't happen. But on a new toon it's pretty damn annoying.
When playing episodes there tends to be alot of switching between ground and space which often forces one into battle without a pause to fix the tray.
It is most reliably reproduced when switching from space to ground and then back to space.
The bugs appearance seems to be favored by switching ships (that's when it started happening to me), discharging may also be a factor.

Having to relaunch the game after playing the mission a couple times is becoming frustrating.
Cryptic is apparently blind to this thread, need to see the eye doctor.

Another error is that the trade-in version of "Spire Experimental Science Kit XII"" comes with white "Biofilter Sweep Mk XII" instead of green.

Umm ... Did someone remember that they need to double this "fix" for the all new and improved Rom Rep rewards?
