The only thing I have noticed in terms of change recently is my screenshots come out very dark. I guess I'm one of the lucky ones, I never have connection or crash issues, runs like a champ every time.

Everybody not currently in a game is having the same problem and apparently its not just STO but every ARC game.

OK I see Im not alone here, can't log in, says "unable to authenticate" thought my account got banned or something. Any idea when this is gonna get fixed?

This is pathetic, I've seen monkey sh*t fights at the zoo that are obviously more organized than this repair team. Earn ur damn paychecks and get this thing fixed already.
