OK I found part of the problem, it was a console i had put the last two (and since upgraded successfully). But I did loose the first upgrade however in the first operation

PS network was the issue. PS4 restart fixed it.

UPDATE: I restarted the game as Morel was standing in front of the ship vendor. When I logged back on, the Class F shuttle is there! But strangely, so are the T1 level selection (zen and dilith buys - but not the Captain's which i might have bought later with Brisson come to think of it)

Same problem on Morel. When I browse the ships to buy, when selecting small crafts, it shows the T1 selection, but no the small crafts. For Brisson, I could see a selection of small crafts, just not mine, and bought the Captain's as said above. If i try to toggle the pull down, the menues get laggy and long to to load…

Thanks. Finally saw the notice onscreen 2 hours in :( I'd be nice to have a day's warning in the sign-on screen.. its smack in my weekday online time... (I work evenings)...
