in PS4 Gameplay Bug Reports
I was going through my alts and am stuck with a non responsive login server. Keeps timing out. Restarted the game but same issue. Internet is fine here.

    i had to reinstall the game once before that is one way to help with the issue or if it persist like for me just come back to the game later like few hours or so and try again it happens to me not timed out or anything but i try to log in but only to a blank black screen or when it does load up the engage/start function is greyed out and wont let me go to my character select screen .

    PS network was the issue. PS4 restart fixed it.
