I'd echo these comments. Death by cut scene is extremely irritating! There should be an immunity during or a way to bypass the cut scene

I have heard of others with this same problem but I'm not sure if they've filed tickets to highlight the issue. As more people reach the top of the reputation system it's got to become more evident that there is a bug to be resolved.

I'd like to choose omega weapon proficiency but am currently maxed out at 99 on that skill rank. Does anyone know if this would push the skill up to 129 or if the 99 is a maximum cap? Should've checked on tribble whilst I had the chance

Again, not sporadic for me or several friends. It seems to be happening for me when placed in instances that have already started. When placed in a new instance it behaves.
