Confirmed same issue, re-claimed cstore variant a few days ago and checked at the ship selector. He was still like "Where my money at?" I'm in the same boat, or rather lack there of. Fleet upgrade on one toon, not able to upgrade a regular T5 on another toon. I even dismissed and reclaimed the T5 to no avail...
