Bug: MVAE / Fleet Advanced Escort T5-U Upgrade

Hi.

I'm referring to this section of the patch notes:
Upgrading the Multi-Vector Advanced Escort to [T5-U] will now allow it to upgrade the Fleet Advanced Escort to [T5-U] and vice versa.

I have previously (prior to the latest patch) upgraded one of my characters' Fleet Advanced Escort to T5-U.

Post patch, the T5-U upgrade for the MVAE is not unlocked. I'm being asked to pay for an upgrade token.

    I'm in the same boat, or rather lack there of.

    Fleet upgrade on one toon, not able to upgrade a regular T5 on another toon. I even dismissed and reclaimed the T5 to no avail...
