I have almost the same bug, only the first character who did the event receives all the vouchers, the others only received one and there is no cooldown :neutral:

I have exactly the same bug (made a post about it on July the 16th) for my Risian Luxury Cruiser, and the sails have this very same bug both in normal space and sector space.

I must admit I see the same problem for every ship in my factions.

I must admit I have the same problem for the warp out animation after any mission or fighting areas like the solanea sphere. The warp out animation is working properly for me when the ship is in Esd or over Quo'nos, same for New Romulus.
