Arc points search

I came back today to star trek online and after the launcher update I can not see if my arc points are progressing.

There is even no window opening to find the arc points progression.

Where should I click to find this window again or do I have a bug ?

And no new news about them since either. Beginning to suspect they are down for good and the "for improvement" was a a ruse. They are hoping everyone just forgets about it while waiting for the "improvements".
    LTS and loving it.

Well I still have the 500 points that I had before it was brought down.

Clearly players got too much out of it. I know of guys who made 2000 Zen per month with this point system alone. And they only downloaded games for the quests and never actually played them. Not exactly what they had in mind when they created the Arc point system.

Well heck, I downloaded most of the games the Arc guests called for myself, and never actually played any...other than a few times when STO was down. Ran quests every day faithfully never made more than @500 zen in a month though, other than the 1800 points playing Livelock for the first time all of the decent point rewards took 5-8 days to complete and it required a number of those just to get to 500 zen. Mathematically from what I saw of it during the entire time it was running, 2000 zen in a month would be impossible. Unless they had multiple accounts each earning 500 a month.

Just to clarify the "never actually played any", just launching the game was all that was needed to trigger the reward, so that what I did, launched the game and as soon as it showed that the Arc quest recognized it, closed it right back down again.

If someone got 2000 zen/month from it they must have cheated somehow, because doing them all every day normally wouldn't give anywhere near that much points.

And incidentally, stopping some kind of cheat/exploit/hack is the most plausible reason they pulled the system for the "imporvements" instead of leaving it up until the "improved" version is ready. ;)

2000 a month is impossible, without some kind of cheat. I ran them on two accounts and only could manage maybe 500 a month each. So they'd need to run four accounts over a month to accumulate 2000 zen and even then it wouldn't transfer to another account.

So no, one toon cannot do 2000 a month.

Now if they're revamping it to actually make you sign into a game instead of just launching the launcher? Sounds plausible. That would improve it...for them.

Still, it's one of the only ways I can get zen right now since I have no extra cash to buy it with. So right now, my F2P is a bit out of luck until she hoards enough dil to convert it.
Now a LTS and loving it.
Just because you spend money on this game, it does not entitle you to be a jerk if things don't go your way.
I have come to the conclusion that I have a memory like Etch-A-Sketch. I shake my head and forget everything. :D

Maybe, maybe not. Depends on what the players do. This is an advertisement feature, the aim is to draw players' attention to games they wouldn't otherwise play, not just give people free Zen. If it's too demanding relative to the rewards, players will avoid it and it won't serve it's purpose.
