Well at least I know that I'm not nuts. The same thing happened to me today on my lvl 30 KDF captain. I'm not inclined to delete him and re-roll at this point. So Just hoping we get some news or feedback on how to fix. I also filed an in-game request. But of course no answer as of yet.

It's like you read my mind. I have millions in energy credits, a pile of Dilithium, and some awesome gear. All from three delta recruits. The xp bonus would a been nice. But even without it I'm leveling quickly.

You only need 1 recruit to unlock rewards across ALL Factions. It's an account wide unlock

You only need one Delta Recruit. The unlocks are account wide and across all factions. Just tested it. :)
