I too agree the effects should be based on the ship. If you are in a Rom ship then Rom effects, KDF ship then KDF effects, so on and so forth. It is stupid to have the allies technology override what is going on with my Rom character flying a Rom ship.

I too am having the issues with stuttering due to the effects. My PC is what I would believe to be pretty middle of the road; not a quad Xfire config, but not scraping the bottom of the barrel by any means. I too can confirm the above issues. I completed all of the objectives except the "Disrupt Tal Shiar Ops" with the sub-objective of "Subdue Tal Shiar agents". I have searched the map for over 20 minutes trying to find a NPC that I might have missed, to no avail. This definitely is looking like a bug. The cut scene audio mix…
