This makes no sense. If a player is designated as "enemy" on a given map, then that map is, by definition, about PVP. Whether you see it as competing for limited resources, direct combat vs. other players or just salvage operations (i.e., farming), engaging other human beings in combat is part of the environment.

Two words: Polarize Hull. That at least buys you some freedom to maneuver, at which point you can use FAW, Torpedo Spread, etc., to clear out the small craft. If Polarize Hull is on cooldown, try Evasive Maneuvers; it's not as effective, but it's better than nothing.
