I've had weird moments where I have failed with 0% failure rates, and some where I think that the failure percent might actually get more weight than the Success percentage. As sucky as it is, it IS random. Welcome to the wonderful world of statistical outliers.

So is it a good plan to use this in conjunction with the Hyper Plasma Launcher? (Talking about the Omega Plasma Torp) I decided to try out a dual plasma torp setup on my fleet level escort to see what it can do. I never knew there was a charge to the Omega Torp.

So I did a little experiment and my Romulan character loads fine (but the play is choppy). However, when I try to log into my Starfleet main I get the Server not Responding issue. Are others seeing this as well? Thanks!

I've tried all of these suggestions and the assignment is nowhere to be found. So the consensus is that these assignments show up at random? That seems a bit counterproductive.
