I was having this exact same problem. Thank you for posting. I spent a week trying to figure out where the hell to go. Developers..., really? This is a really messed up way to go about it, at least have something in the mission log about having to rerun the other mission or something.....

I do have a Klingon character, but its doing it on all 3 factions Klg, Rom, and Fed. This issues seems to have finally been addressed in this latest patch from Oct 6th. Theres a little lag in the dropdowns still, but the entire thing is nowhere near as glitchy as before.

So just as an update, it looks like this issue was finally fixed with the patch from Oct 6th! I finally can use my claims and Lobi again!

Thats nothing, I was part of the alpha testing teams from before the PC version hit shelves, and I don't get anything carried over. But since I didn't waste $300 on a PC Lifetime for STO, I did drop the $150 for the Xbox STO Lifetime, since they were running a sale on it. Kinda makes up for all I lost in the carry over.…

The only response I've recieved from support was that they were having an issue with mining claims.

Mining Claims and the lobi crystals are the only thing I can't seem to remove or click on without the game freezing and crashing, other things like armor or weapons I can do with no problem.
