(Xbox) New Romulus Mountain Pass reputation mission (solved)

After receiving the first New Romulus reputation mission where I have to enter the mountain pass, I am aware I have to talk to Roman Surveyor to get a mission first to access that area. I have already completed that mission while doing the New Romulus mission campaign, but now upon receiving the reputation mission where I have to return, the officer I talk to says he has 'nothing for me at this time.' The mission does not return and I cannot complete the reputation mission. Hopefully this gets fixed soon. I don't think I can get the mission back if I drop it so I don't want to attempt that. If anyone knows of a work around or a similar issue, please comment.

    Can it be accessed by replaying the mountain pass mission?

    I can't replay it. The officer I talk to that Im supposed to get the mission from again just says he has nothing. And I can't drop the 'secret shuttle codes' mission I get from the reputation to see if that works.

    Oh...Im a derp. Im so used to the PC version I forgot I had to replay the mission only through the start menu journal and can't get it from the actual guy. I got it ^^;

    I was having this exact same problem. Thank you for posting. I spent a week trying to figure out where the hell to go.

    Developers..., really? This is a really messed up way to go about it, at least have something in the mission log about having to rerun the other mission or something.....
