They do !!! It has been pointed out by us, users of the game, that with each major update, the servers became more and more unstable. It has been asked by us to do something about those issues, whether it's getting new servers or even changing from provider/congent. No matter what and how much work it would bring along,…
Strange Trendy, why doesn't you company take any action against them then, except banning the victim ? It's not only a risk for the users (scam, account hacking, even worse system hacking) but it's harmful for your business as they, we all know who, are running away with your profits. Please, don't tell you can't track…
I understand and agree with your concerns, but if your ISP is constantly giving you headaches, it's about time to start thinking about switching ISP and plan it. That is a logical, even natural process. To be honest, if that process is simple or not, isn't our problem. All we want is a smooth service from your side, which…
That low grade help desk dude, according to you, is an highly skilled person, knowing what qualifications you need before you can even work for that ISP. Below a Cisco 4 certificate, don't bother to apply with this ISP. And if he hadn't any motivation at all to tell that their systems aren't fine, I don't think he would…
For someone who has checked her entire internet connection last Friday by a certified technician from her ISP : There is nothing wrong with the connection between me and Cryptic. Yet I do lag around, rubberbands, experiences temporal fluxes and spacial anomalies throughout the game. Mentioned technician even took the…
Might be, but it's strongly not justified that they (Cryptic) goes back to the blog where it clearly stated that the owners of a JHAS would be able to upgrade to a ship with T6 capabilities (not T5-U capabilities) and change that phrase. It's ethical not acceptable.
I won't be leaving, but the last bit of credibilty Cryptic had, has vanished through the airlock. And such I will review every game of them in the future.
As I said before, EULA and ToS are contracts and have to be agreed both sides. In case of Cryptic is that still a signed copy of that contract. Sadly, I am still waiting for it, so this agreement is NOT valid.
In the blog it's clearly stated free T6 capabilities, not free T5-U upgrade. That's a big difference in my understandings. Yeah, you can all yaka yaka yaka EULA and ToS says that, but I don't give a TRIBBLE. Problem with those is that they are contracts, and I have although have accepted and agreed with those, I am still…
At the moment of writing of this http://www.arcgames.com/en/games/star-trek-online/news/detail/6007323-the-jem%27hadar-attack-ship-returns they, as in Cryptic, were clearly aware of the difference between a T5-U ship and a T6 ship. When they say in that blog, T6 capabilities, it means a T6 ship and not one that is upgraded…
If your regular doctor would prescribe you the wrong medecine time after time for your headache, even after he is warned by thousands, wouldn't you start to complain ?
True, and it will as we can expect Elders Scrolls Online to become F2P this month, upcoming massive game as Skyforges (mixture of Star Trek/Star Wars with NWN elements), Dreadnought Online (massive fleet pvp's) and so on. With other words, if Cryptic doesn't pick up the pace concerning their server issues and bugs, it will…
Simply remember following "Every device, real or virtual, which is turning out a profit, no matter how small this is, but is based on luck rather the skill of the player, is considered a gambling device and such falling under the gambling laws" Above phrase has caused havoc in 2014 at Linden Labs, a much bigger developper…
I am using the complete dyson set on my Fed alt and I am pretty happy with it. And while we are on the subject of fleet cores, why not create special abilities for complete fleet sets like : extra shield strenght if all your other fleet pieces (engine, deflector, shield) are having a shield feature. BTW, is there already a…
Which brings me to another question. Once the walls of the sectors are gone, how will Cryptic prevent a KDF of drifting in Fed space or a Fed into KDF space
Well you nail it, accidently. It's not because those people in Louisiana are celebrating and mourn a different way when someone passes away, that I am entitled to force my believes upon them, just like you aren't entitled to force your opininion on group who wished to express their gratitude to L. Nimoy in all serenity.…
I personally has nothing against those disco-balls, but what happened today on Vulcan is a total disrespect to people who want to join together and repectfully want to remember a person that has some meaning to them. It's a sad sad sad day today, to see that after ages of evolution and education, humanity hasn't yet found…
This is just not a matter of staying somewhere or not. This is a simple matter of showing respect to a group of people who are wishing to out their respects to someone was meaningful to them, in all serenity. It's about self conduct, to know what can be done or not at any time. To me, today is a sad sad sad day for all…
