For me, the game glitches at "Investigate Surveyor Location." I can hear the sound of the equipment on the hill, but there's a tree where it should be. I can't talk to any of the porters.

I'll confess, I didn't try it in social zones, so I can't comment on that part. If it's still broken for you, make sure you submit a(nother) bug report so they know. It might even help to make a YouTube video of it, then link to that in your bug report.

The patch notes say the separation issues have been fixed. I tried it last night on my Prometheus, and it works! If anyone else still has that problem, let us know.

While I haven't spent as much as it sounds like you have, I echo your sentiment on this. Despite the inconvenience of not having enough Inventory or Bank slots, I too am uncomfortable buying anything more with Zen until these basic issues get fixed.

The opposite is also true: They stated in a fixlist that they took care of it but the problems remains for at least some of us.

I followed the suggestion of one of my fleetmates and posted here on the forums as well as submitted a bug report in-game. (I even included the YouTube link in the report.) In the same vein, since you've replied here that you're having the same problem, you might want to consider also filing a bug report in-game.
