It's a free TRAIT respec, for those that have existing characters, to set up their traits. I don't know if each character gets one or if it's just one character, but it's likely that every character gets one. It wouldn't be fair if only one got it.

Hoping for compensation and ZEN is just wishful thinking, you guys. I doubt we'll get anything other than the event for the romulan legacy testing weekend being extended. Otherwise we won't get diddly squat besides the servers going back up. It's sad, but true.
