As long as your fleet has the necessary provisions you can get an invite to another fleet's holdings and buy fleet gear there without needing to actually join the fleet. You'd only need someone from the higher-level fleet to invite you to their holding.

My mission doesn't use the ESD 2410 map (or any ESD map for that matter) and I'm having the same problem for the last three days now (since the last patch) Everything works perfectly up until 50 %, then it stops and about an hour or two later I get the "failed to publish" message in the Foundry editor.

If I check in "Review content" I can't find any of my missions. When checking in "Browse All" I can enter my handle and the mission name in the custom field and then I can find all of my other missions...only not the most recent one.
