Mission: City on the edge of never bugged

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
when you board the ship, find the captain and are supposed to talk to him after the klingon bridge fight, he stands there uninteractable. Dropped and repeated several times. bug is present each time.

    I just had the exact same problem. I cleared the enemies, talked to the Temporal Agent and then nothing was happening, no dialogue was starting and you couldn't talk with Captain Thelin.
    I beamed out, dropped and repeated the mission and still the same problem.

    In the end I just stood in front of the Captain for almost two minutes until a "Talk to Captain Thelin" box appeared out of nowhere.
    Very strange, but at least I was able to finish the mission in the end. Might work for you too?

    I think it has something to do with some bug in his character not coming out of combat "alert" mode. I healed his shields and he started talking to me.

    Ran into this bug
    I just stood in front of him and had by BOFF heal his shields using "SHIELD RECHARGE",
    The dialogue box came out once his shields were fully recharged.
