Ive had this problem as well, what I do is I click the "template" button, and then it will work to change colors. Another issue I'm having is I bought a Draguas support cruiser, but when I go to the customization window, the template shows as the Phalanx. When I go to change patters and save and exit, it tells me I cannot…

@winters Have just been reading the replies in the thread...sounds like a fun group. I am a returning beta tester/1000 day vet looking for a home for both my fed and klingon toons (3 each) and my rom (KDF). I will have to get some things out of my old fleet bank before my feds are ready to come over though, should be ready…

You have to spend a certain amount in your T1 skills to open the T2 (Lt. Commander). Just spend a few more points in T1 and it should unlock.

Launcher is dead for me also...was trying to update the game after being away for quite some time, and it keeps giving me the "time out while trying to connect" error. Any help is appreciated with this :)
