Sure Rom plasma has that extra disruptor proc,but for true dmg i wonder why you arent using fleet weapons. How i do miss City of Heroes,multiple servers with a independent chat server also so no confusion between games. only downtime we had was patch day really, and 99% of the time the beta server was up. every time you guys talk about stability improvements i just start to shudder... oh lord what now!
