Selling Fleet

I have a T3 Fleet I am selling. It has completed the T3 Starbase project, T3 Military project, T3 Engineering Project, the T3 Science is over half complete and queued up, the dilithium mine has all T2 projects complete except for the main one which is almost complete, the embassy is almost complete its T2 projects and the Spire has most of the T1 projects complete. I am trading this for either IN GAME items (lock box ships) or EC. Nothing outside of the game. You can PM me here or in game @steveangelis.

    He likely didn't offer it to them. He's probably just piggy-backing off their work for a quick reward.

    That said, I'll give you 1 million EC for it. :P

    Didn't you buy a fleet like 2 months ago ? I quite remember the thread. I also remember telling the various flame post you had offers from several people, so I presume you made a deal with one of them.

    I find it odd you are selling a fleet now, when you bought one not so long ago. What happen to this other fleet ?

    I find this very... unsettling.

    I'll raise him 1.5 MIL
    My Old Blog about things that could and should have been added when I wrote it. Not sure what I want to do with it now. I'll just keep it available now that most of it is outdated.

    Wasn't he trying to buy a tier 5 fleet? He is now selling a T3 fleet.

    I did purchase a new fleet. The members moved to the new one and now I am selling the old one off. No need for both.
    NERF CANNONS - THEY NEED A 50% NERF

    Seems a legit deal.

    All members have transferred, I take it you have an alt in the fleet you are selling and that is it?


    Not that I am interested in buying (or can afford it I guess), but what was the price you were thinking of? 50 million ec? 100? A Bug ship package? Just curious how much a T3 fleet would cost (not that I would ever think of selling mine, don't worry Deltas, I'm not the craziest of your leaders xD).

    I am also curious what you paid for the T4 or T5 fleet, OP.

    It seems like my small fleet has already pumped in hundreds and hundreds of millions of EC for our T3 starbase (due to commodities, doffs, etc.)

    Nope. I am just trying to get rid of a fleet that I no longer need as it has no one in it.

    i would need a ballpark figure here, but i'm truly interested in purchasing the fleet if you are still offering it for sale.

    Edit: We discussed this in game and unfortunately it was not enough. I am looking right now for ballpark 800 million EC.

    Somewhere on the forums is a thread (Pre Spire, I think) that crunched out the math on the cost of a T5 SB, T3 EM and T3 Mine. Combined, the EC cost was 780 some of Million EC.

    So to ask 800 Million EC for a T3 SB, I don't think you are going to get it. But good luck. If it works out maybe I should sell my T3 SB.

    Is this what people do once they graduate past selling ships? Buying and selling Starbases?

    I did say ballpark and I am willing to negotiate. That is a ballpark price for what has been put into the starbase based on prices for everything at the current rates.

    Its a natural Progression. I was willing to offer 250 Million EC and he passed. This game is full of two very common elements, fleets and suckers. I am sure I can get a a sucker to sell me a Tier 3 fleet for 100+ million EC.

    If you are trying to get dollars for donuts for a T3 fleet then you will either need a sucker with 800M EC. As there are plenty of suckers in the game, just not sure how many have that much EC. I see you taking close to 450M or wasting a huge amount of time in the process. The only way you will get actual value is if you had a maxed out Tier V fleet and @ that point you could charge a premium.

    Was that not the cheapest star-base ?? And was that also with the dilitium ??
    I have a tier 5 mil, 240k engineer, 200k sci star-base and i spend about 15 mil DIL, 600 mil EC, 50 mil FC on it.

    I'm sorry but I think its ludicrous that you can buy that amount of work without the trust going to elder members of the fleet. I think threads like these underscore the need to setup a bound line of succession dependent on overall contribution of resources, that ratios their donation total to the equivalent steak in the fleet. Higher the donation amount percentile out of the total base value means the more members need to vote to kick you, and or are in line of succession to own the base if the leader quits, even if in another fleet.
