As someone who recently came back to the game, the email is actually what got me back. Since I said "hey since they're giving me a free ship I guess I'll give it another go". The number of abilities isn't the issue for me, only being able to have 3 rows on the UI tray is the issue. They really need to expand the UI.

I sent in a ticket with a screenshot. I got a reply a day later asking for the screenshot again even though one was already attached. 10/10 support. lol In all seriousness I re-uploaded the screenshot and am waiting for another reply now.

This is probably because of the bug where it still sometimes will show your shuttle as your main ship in other places as well (From the character select to the character window). All in all, it as a whole needs to be fixed.

Nice fix to this would be if they are able to restrict queuing to those who have EV suits equipped. Kind of the same way the shuttle queue use to work (Although I'm sure it would be more complicated than that example).

Well it's nice to know the problem is still not on my end, considering I also couldn't find anything wrong with my bank account that would warrant it to keep going inactive. Hopefully this issue is fixed soon, since we are trying to give PWE money. It should be a priority to fix it with that being considered. :P

I'm also having this issue for the past 2 weeks (I re-subbed in the beginning of June when it first happened and it just went back to inactive today). I sent in a ticket hopeing for a fix, however is there a big bug behind the scenes that is causing this issue?

I'm also having this issue, where my sub keeps going inactive even after re-subbing. Hopefully they can answer my ticket about it within the month. lol

What they should have done (Or still should do) is made stuff class specific. From ships, to weapons, to gear, ect.
