I don't want a ship full of Roms for a DPS perk. What a wasted opportunity for something as cool as personalization with an Elite Bridge Officer Training Token. If only it was utilized in this way.

Nothin' Eh? I have the risian kit now maxed and pretty well set up, connected with endeavor for kits etc. This poor module still completely underperforms. Totally unacceptable. At the absolute Least it's time should be axed and set to a much smaller amount as listed above.
