No, sadly. The tooltip on the Aux DHCs (the consoles too) says "Any Multi-Mission Explorer". Note the word Explorer. This term is only used for the Vesta variants, and other Multi-Mission ships don't count.
The bug does affect many uniforms (more since they "fixed" it), but in this case it is the sunglasses. An EV suit was no problem with my MACO uniform, but when I added the visor sunglasses, the headless bug struck.
This happens if you try to re-use a turret deployment location. If you use a different one each time then everything seems to work fine. I don't know whether this a bug or an intentional (but unannounced) change.
Before today's patch my romulan had this issue when wearing a rom-fed uniform. This is now fixed. However, this now occurs on my fed when wearing the Omega Force uniform.
I haven't seen it mentioned in any release notes, but this issue seems to have been fixed. As of today, Diplomatic Investigations are back on the Available Missions list (even for my Romulan, who couldn't get them at all before).
I'd like the villain for the next movie to be someone with a motive for wiping out the entire timeline. Someone who'll go back in time to save a couple of WHALES, but apparently not his own PLANET. Perhaps Kirk was right, and he didn't love his mother after all.
Romulans are affected by the targetting issue as well. My crew too occasionally decide that my destabilized plasma torpedo would benefit more from Hazard Emitters than I would. The issue with Go Down Fighting isn't a bug. It has been changed to only become available when you're at less than 50% hull; like Abandon Ship and…
In addition to this, Francis Drake is not offering the mission Salvage Dispute even if you already have the required 10 computer core fragments. and Diplomatic Investigation missions no longer appear in the available missions list. <edit> You can still get them, but you have to talk to Jiro Sugihara through the Info tab.
:D New one for ya: In the Deferi Invasion Zone mission Higher Ground, each turret deployment location is now only usable once. If you try to re-use one, it just disappears and no turret appears. Might be a bug, might be an intentional change, but if it is intentional it hasn't been announced and I honestly can't see the…
No worries. I can't help suspecting that this is a stealth-nerf to Tour the Universe to make up for the increased sector speeds. It's a shame, because I've just got a warp core that increases my qss speed (all the way to LUDICROUS SPEED).
Sorry, but I have to agree with lordhavelock on this. Slipstream was very usable when crossing sector borders. Lots 'o people, when Touring the Universe, would hit qss as soon as they entered Alpha Centauri and keep it going all the way to the turn in Iota Pavonis. In a Vesta, I could hit it in Psi Velorum and make it…
It won't even accept all Romulan duty officers; only civilians. There is currently no way to upgrade non-civilian Romulan common duty officers. I don't know if the higher quality upgrade assignments are bugged too, because there's no way I'm paying those kind of dilithium costs. Captain's Log, Supplemental: I checked out…
With the default fed UI: The missions in GREEN are the missions that used to be in GOLD. i.e. the ones from the Gamma quadrant expansion that generally give you mucho rewards. The one in GOLD is the currently selected mission.
I did Alhena today with one of my feds and didn't get any cores either. Hmmm... no core fragments, and no mission for them anyway. Is it a bug, or has Salvage Dispute been removed?
Indeed, Drake seems to be so annoyed by this that he is no longer offering "Salvage Dispute", even though I have the requisite 10 computer core fragments.
Let's hope the inevitable nerfing of "Tour the Galaxy" doesn't go too far (and start preparing our rants for when it does). "Daily? DAILY? ARRRRRGGGHHHH."
Same issue for me. I know my computer isn't the best, but it has quite happily run the game so far. Now it seems the most graphically demanding part of the game is going to be the UI.
Problem: People aren't playing fleet events because the foundry is more rewarding. Solution A: Increase the rewards for the fleet events to make them competitive again. Solution B: Whack the foundry with the nerf-bat. One of the above solutions would please the players. The other would not. Which solution do we get?...
This happened to me in ISE today. Had quite an exciting time as I cruised towards the gate while I tried to figure out what was going on. "Not past the Tac Cube. NOOOOO......" Manually de-select the target and you'll regain control. I found out just in time.
