From what I've read in many threads, there are alot of people who think this game is just some random sci-fi game with a Trek skin. So it sounds like a perfect match for the JJ movies.
And you are completely entitled to your opinion. But fortunately you are not a dev, so your opinion of what constitutes "real content" will not affect my gameplay :)
If its replayability you care about, New Romulus > Featured Episodes. At least when you do the NR missions you can do them differently each time. You can gather any combination of items and go in different directions every time you do it. A FE missions is the exact same every time you play it. So when it comes to…
I agree, I do not think I would enjoy playing this on multiple characters. However, on my main, I have no problem replaying one section each day for the daily.
Then by your own admission, the problem is not the game mechanic, but your own laziness. In which case, this is not actually STO discussion, but a personal problem.
They have never created an open zone this large, nor on a planet that is supposed to be largely un-colonized. The examples you just mentioned are both much smaller and on planets that have already been "explored". If its not your cup of tea, or doesnt live up to your expectations, thats fine. But feigning ignorance about…
If you dont know "what I mean", then you didnt read the OP: But I'm guessing if you failed to even read what I wrote in the OP, this reply wont help you much either.
Tons of people are already thanking them in this thread: http://sto-forum.perfectworld.com/showthread.php?t=447051 Please dont post duplicates about the same subject.
Yes, they may. But most people arent that bright, so I wouldnt be surprised. Regardless, the fact of the matter is that moving something from mission A to mission B is not a nerf. It is simply a different way to get the same thing. Maybe the problem is you dont understand what "nerf" means. By your definition, moving a…
Yep, he called it...and he was wrong. I can now get 1440 dilithim for every fleet action I do, every 30 mins. Thats definitely not a "dilithium nerf". Moving dilithium from STFs to fleet actions isnt a nerf, its moving the same reward from one thing to something else.

No, you just dont read the dev tracker: http://sto-forum.perfectworld.com/showthread.php?p=6533231#post6533231 http://sto-forum.perfectworld.com/showthread.php?p=6535461#post6535461
*BUZZ* Wrong! And since your wrong, no need to read any further. If the foundry had really good rewards, people would play it regardless of any "hesitation" regarding quality. Star clusters arent quality missions(Borg searching for relics from their 3rd dynasty) but people play them for the daily. Nuff said.
Maybe, just maybe, if they actually listened to the feedback they got from their test server we wouldnt even be having this discussion. But of course, they dont. So if they ignore feedback on Tribble, why should we expect any more on live?
Yeah, thats not what I'm talking about. You still get the 1440 from the "Explore Strange New Worlds" daily. Ok fine, 20 minutes then. Thats still far less than at LEAST an hour to complete 3 foundry missions.
You know, it never ceases to amaze me; just when I think you guys are finally doing something right, you completely botch it up like this. What do I mean? You want people to spend at LEAST an hour to get the same reward they would for 15 minutes doing the exploration daily. How exactly do you think that encourages people…
What do you think about the overwhelmingly negative feedback regarding the foundry spotlight reward? Are you going to adjust it based on the feedback or ignore it?
The average spotlight mission probably takes 30 mins to an hour to complete. A random piece of gear of doff isnt going to motivate people to spend that amount of time. This is going to be such a missed opportunity :(
You have got to be kidding. Blue gear is useless to max level players, which are the very people who need more content. Man, I was(key word) really looking forward to this, but random rewards is junk :(
You think you "got this ball rolling"? LOLOLOLOLOL :D Sorry to break it to you, but this was being discussed for a long time before you posted 2 threads about it. Talk about an egomaniac
