Ok, I finally figured it out. Under the video setting in options there is slider bar for resolution that defaults to something like 50% or something like that. Slide that all the way to full. Then under graphics select default graphics. That should do it for you. You can then tweak a bit better graphics (don't try to get…

Jeff, Thank you for the quick reply. Yeah, I tried that too but still no luck? I am looking under the second from left button on the bottom. I think it is "Loadouts." I click on that and it has a "rename" icon. But it is never highlighted. Am I looking at the right thing?

I don't know how the servers tie in but I know STO is not worldwide. At least it is not in Korea. I am in the military and tried to joing while I was over there (this was just a month ago) but was unable.
